Beginning the Kitten Placement Process
We review applications year-round for upcoming Ragdoll litters. Families interested in being considered for a Diamond Class Ragdoll kitten are invited to complete the application below so we can thoughtfully match each kitten with the right home.
Our placement process is intentional and mentorship-guided. We prioritize temperament, lifestyle compatibility, and lifelong commitment to ensure every kitten transitions confidently into their new family.

How Much Does a Ragdoll Kitten Cost?
Families often ask, “How much does a Ragdoll kitten cost?” The price of a Ragdoll can vary depending on pedigree, colour rarity, breeder standards, and the level of care invested during early development.
At Diamond Class Ragdolls, our pricing reflects a mentorship guided cattery approach, intentional pairings, structured socialization, and a commitment to ethical breeding practices.
All pricing is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Investment
Traditional colour point Ragdoll kittens begin at $2,000 CAD for pet quality.
Rare colours and patterns (lilac, chocolate, cinnamon, tortie & Bicolour) are priced from $3,000 CAD, and pure white kittens are priced from $4,200 CAD, when available.
Ragdoll kitten pricing reflects more than appearance alone. It represents responsible breeding decisions, carefully selected lines, early developmental support, and lifelong guidance offered to each family.
Each kitten is raised in our home environment with attentive care, daily interaction, and thoughtful preparation prior to placement.
Reservation Process
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, a $500 non refundable deposit is required to secure your place on our reservation list.
This deposit:
• Secures your placement on our waitlist
• Confirms your commitment to move forward with a kitten that aligns with your stated preferences
• Is applied toward the final purchase price
If no kitten matching your preferences is available, your deposit may be transferred to a future litter.
Please make plans to pick up kitten on the day it's ready to go home.
We will charge $25 per day for boarding for every extra day.
Spay / Neuter & Registration
All companion kittens are placed on a strict non-breeding agreement.
Kittens must be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. Proof of alteration from your licensed veterinarian is required.
Official registration documentation will be provided once confirmation of spay or neuter has been received.
This policy protects the integrity of the Ragdoll breed and ensures responsible ownership.
